Returns Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required.
  • Exclusions: Certain items, including personalized or custom products, as well as consumable goods (e.g., filters, batteries), may not be eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@jovran.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: After receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please ensure the RA number is visible on the return package to expedite processing.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item and place a new order through our website. If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no extra charge.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@jovran.xyz with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used or installed.
  • Items that are missing original packaging, parts, or manuals.
  • Final sale items or clearance products.

International Returns

For international customers, please note that return shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with local customs regulations to avoid unexpected charges.
